How is pricing determined?
The parent company publishes volume-based pricing. For a complex cleanout, access, handling, sorting time, disposal requirements, and the approved scope also need review.
What should never go into a general pile?
Keep hazardous, chemical, biological, pest-affected, mold-affected, sharp, medical, refrigerant, and unknown materials separate for assessment.
Can items be donated?
Usable items may be considered for donation or recycling when an outlet accepts them, but no destination or acceptance can be guaranteed.
Do you provide cleaning or remediation?
The published scope is junk removal and cleanout work. Deep cleaning, mold, pest, biohazard, and licensed remediation need separate confirmation or specialist service.
Is every nearby city automatically covered?
No. The service-area directory uses communities named in the parent company’s published footprint. Every address and job still needs confirmation.
Does a call confirm an appointment?
No. A booking is confirmed only after the operating team accepts the scope, timing, and contact details.
